• My role: I was the sole designer tasked with executing critical roadmap features, specifically the dashboard IA and core workflows, to make the AI's complex data immediately clear and useful to recruiters.
• Results: The successful design and delivery of these core features validated the business model, leading directly to the company securing ~$2M in seed funding.

I designed a high-integrity publishing workflow that eliminated unverified go-lives. By adding versioning and Page Diff tools, I achieved 100% change visibility in just two sprints.

• My role: UX Strategist responsible for designing features to support content publishing workflows.
• Results: Successfully created a long-term vision while narrowing solutions down to deliver impact in feasible small releases. Reduced over 50% of stale drafts by implementing a publishing confirmation process.

A complete UX redesign of Trinks B2B dashboard navigation, improving usability, scalability, and mobile responsiveness.

• My role: I led the UX research and design phases to redesign a 6-year-old dashboard navigation system, addressing usability issues and preparing it for mobile growth.
• Results: Navigation-related call center issues dropped from 6.5% to 2%. 37% adoption from existing users. Only 0.55% negative feedback. Acquired by Stone Group unicorn in 2019.

Transforming complex 3D measurement workflows into efficient processes through strategic design leadership.

• My role: Lead Product Designer for PhotoGauge, addressing critical workflow inefficiencies that undermined company's core value proposition of precision engineering.
• Results: 50% decrease in task completion time through workflow optimization. Noticeably reduced errors during review process, enhancing measurement accuracy.Significantly improved satisfaction due to simplified, intuitive workflows.

A Fortune 500 company, faced numerous challenges in operational efficiency and maintaining design consistency across multiple user-facing systems serving employees, clients, and stakeholders.

• My role: As part of a team of designers I was responsible for component design and implementation, documentation, and developer experience.
• Results: $1.19M Annual Cost Savings. The validation phase provided empirical data necessary to inform the final Enterprise Design System recommendation, paving the way for the company's multi-million dollar annual efficiency goal.
